In July of 2006 Nichole Apperson, already a successful entrepreneur, decided that she would take her love of animals and turn it into a business.  But Nichole didn't want to own and operate just another kennel.  She didn't want to just do grooming. She wanted something different.  And typical of Nichole, she found it.

She created Pet Palace Resort & Spa, a full service "All Suite Resort" offering Boarding, Pet Day-Care, and Grooming, both on-site and via her mobile grooming service where Nichole will come to you and groom your pet in her full service vehicle specifically designed for mobile pet care.

What makes pets love our resort?  The answer is not only in the way they are pampered, but the very environment where they stay.  Our resort is not a kennel, but rather a temporary home away from home for your pet, where everything is designed to keep your loved ones happy, healthy, and anxiety free.  How do we accomplish this?  It's really rather simple...we simply recreate an environment that your pet is used to.  We do this by:

• Welcoming every pet when they arrive like they are part of our family
• Spending time with them before they are shown to their suite
• Spending a few minutes with them once in their suite to make sure they're comfortable
• Putting a real raised bed with real blankets and pillows in each suite
• Putting a flat panel TV in each suite (this helps recreate the comfortable sounds of home
• Using sanitized food and water bowls
• Placing a tray of a few treats on the bed for your pet
• Offering 4 outside play times a day
• Swimming in our beautiful and well maintained pond (weather & owner permitting)
• Offering over 25 major brands of pet food (included in the price of your pet's stay
• Offering scheduled administer pilled medication, also at no extra charge

As you can see, we really are an all inclusive resort where your pet is treated like royalty!
